We offer services from full renovation to just adding styling and finishing touches and have a dedicated team who assist in every step.

Perfect for existing vacation rental owners that just want to improve on their look or increase their nightly rental/occupancy rate. The Styling Refresh makes use of your existing furniture and décor while adding as few or as many new pieces as you wish. A Styling Refresh starts with a Styling Consultation, and we go from there!

This service includes a totally custom style concept: mock-ups, sourcing, budgeting, purchasing, and furnishing all furniture and décor, receiving, delivery, and installation as well as stocked supply items. Ideal for brand-new and/or vacant short-term rentals. This option also begins with a Styling Consultation.

This option ties in with the Full-Service Styling & Staging but goes more in-depth for the fixer property.

We only like to change things that will maximize and reflect positively on your ROI. If it doesn’t make sense to change the flooring-then let’s throw a rug down! If we need to demo and choose new flooring and install we can do that too. We work within any budget and to help the bottom line.

Styling + Photo Session

Full day of styling the home before photography session (includes cleaning).

Photo Session (to be set on a separate day), includes additional styling during session specifically for photos.
