Hey, y’all! **Courtney Houston here!** I’m an Eastern NC native and a proud USMC military spouse. Our military travels first took us to the West Coast where we quickly fell in love with Southern California.
Then to where we are now, in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. We always wanted to end up in the peaceful, Lowcountry to raise our family- the military knew what they were doing sending us!
My team and I have a Real Estate and Short-Term Rental Management presence in SC, NC, CA. I have lived in and intimately experienced each of my niche areas. I bring to the table a Master’s of Business Administration, local expertise, and innovative approaches for both my buyers and sellers.
